Refunds and Exchanges
I do not accept refunds on hand dyed yarn or fiber unless there is a product defect due to my error.
Due to the nature of handmade items small imperfections may occur that do not affect function. Larger imperfections will be listed as "seconds" quality and be given a discounted price.
Ship items back to me within: 7 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
Conditions of shipping
I aim to ship within 3 business days of receiving your payment. If in the unlikely event I am unable to meet this deadline, I will contact you to let you know why.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please be aware that while I have made every attempt to display the colour of the yarn as accurately as possible, monitor and graphics settings can alter the colour of the image - sometimes a great deal. What appears to be blue on one screen may look teal or even green on another.
